The ERP Maestro offices are headquartered just outside of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. That put us right in the middle of ferocious Hurricane Irma this past weekend. Fortunately, aside from minor damage and inconveniences like loss of power and internet we’re extremely grateful to still be standing, and are hoping for the best for our neighbors in other parts of Florida as well as the Caribbean. With that said, as we’re getting back into the swing of things after a hectic week, we are now re-focusing our attention on the next exciting event to come in less than 2 weeks – SAP TechEd 2017 in Las Vegas...
Last week I was super excited to sit with Jody and walk through our new Online Dashboard with deep-dive reporting capabilities. What added to the excitement was all the rave reviews we received from customers and prospects alike! It's easy to see why when you think about how much time we're saving them from wading through massive amounts of risk data - and how quickly we're able to present that data in a way that drives remediation action and results.
If you've been following along, you'll know that back in March we first made mention of the new Online Reporting & Dashboard capabilities headlining our next release...but we weren't really able to elaborate on the details because we were still a bit early in the development process. We're thrilled to announce that this feature is now officially available as of this past weekend! With summer coming to an end, audit cycles are creeping up soon and that means the annual review of internal controls, including segregation of duties (SoD), will once again commence. Companies that still haven’t taken the plunge towards automating these controls, or use manual processes to do so, will likely face a high number of SoD risks and audit deficiencies.
